We left California for Arkansas 4 years ago.

So many people there are delusional.

It’s well documented that 10s of millions of families with children left large cities since the 1960s and moved to suburbia or exurbia. The main reason given was that large cities are not friendly toward children.

Oregon was the first exmaple. The Californicate really began in the nineteen sixties. California families with stupid kids would send them to Oregon universities. Then the rest of America caught on. Eastern Oregon was not infected and today is trying to cede. It makes sense, but common sense in the America of today is really uncommon.
