The lawsuit was not spontaneous; it was orchestrated with Deep State assistance. The law firm that represented the survivors, Koskoff, Koskoff & Biede, has had a long association with the Democratic Party. The founder of the firm, Theodore Koskoff, represented Black Panther Lonnie McLucas, who was charged with kidnapping and conspiracy in the 1970s. The law firm's partners have consistently contributed to Democrats on both the state and national levels. Chris Mattei, who represented the Sandy Hook plaintiffs, ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for Connecticut Attorney General. The purpose of the lawsuit was to shut down Alex Jones and his Infowars operations, as was admitted by one of the attorneys representing the litigants.

Even if Jones did claim that the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax and that the parents were crisis actors, how were the survivors adversely affected? Remember that Sandy Hook is located in Fairfield County, one of the most affluent counties in the country. It has voted Democrat in Presidential elections since 1996, with Biden carrying the county by 27 percentage points in 2020. Republicans in the Nutmeg State are by and large quite liberal, e.g. Lowell Weicker. in 2012, the audience for InfoWars in Fairfield County was likely negligible. The judgment of $1.5 billion was extremely out of proportion to any harm done by a broadcaster who had little influence in the area where the survivors lived.

What happened to Jones is an example of the lawfare later used against Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, other Trump associates, and Trump himself. The bottom line is that the Democrats are basically communists and that they are using their power in Washington and blue states like Connecticut and New York to destroy their opposition.

Whatever Alex Jones said, or allegedly said, was by a broadcaster who had minimal market impact on an affluent, politically liberal area like Fairfield County, Connecticut. The law firm that represented the plaintiffs has had an extensive and long affiliation with the Democratic Party. The amount of damages awarded by the court was exceedingly high relatively to any emotional grief the survivors allegedly suffered. The goal was to shut down Jones and InfoWars, as admitted by one of the attorneys representing the plaintiffs.

Threads on Alex Jones and Donald Trump are flushing out the operatives from the Democratic Party, the Bush wing of the Republican Party, and the Federal police agencies as they defend lawfare targeting patriots and outspoken conservatives.

My wife’s cousin taught Sunday school near Sandy Hook at the time. Two of the kids who were murdered were in her class.

While it devastated her when the shootings occurred, she finally broke down when she had to take those two little girls name tags off the ribbon that hung next to the classroom door.

So for the IGNORANT, CLASSLESS, PHENOMENALLY INSENSITIVE Alex Jones to say that the shootings were a hoax, that is not only pissing on their graves, but it set back conservative journalism perhaps forever, if not certainly for our lifetimes in the eyes of anyone with brain and a heart.

Being the only person right in a roomful of people who are wrong is not a new experience for me.

My assessment of Alex Jones STANDS - unapologetically, irrefutably, unreservedly, and immovably.
