The Presidents of Madagascar, Tanzania and (as far as I can recall) Burundi. Also the President of Haiti, who was also against the COVID vax, was conveniently killed in a coup.
The President of Tanzania, having been a science teacher before his political career, was known for being able to show that a papaya and a goat could each test positive for COVID.
