She’s a US citizen. Plus I doubt she ever has plans to go back to England. She would have to curtsy to William and Catherine and she would receive a very cold welcome. Nor do I think she wants to take the children over there. They are her bargaining chip.
Her goals seem to be acquiring wealth and fame, badmouthing the British royal family, and meddling in US politics. She has said she would like to be President of the US. Being a duchess is inconvenient for that aspiration. How will she handle that? Will Harry still be necessary to achieve her goals?
All that said, I do think we have the right to know if he lied on the visa form and if they pay taxes.
