LOL How can Smith have a judge not party to the trial decide what is or is not to be disclosed to the trial judge and the defense?
Plainly an attempt to hide exculpatory evidence and probably documents that show a criminal conspiracy against Trump by the FBI and DOJ.
If possible, Trump's attorney's should move for an acquittal simply on these grounds.

You are right, but now I wonder if Smith isn’t deliberately sabotaging the trial to get a dismissal and then re-indict in DC to change the venue.

I agree. Smith is acting contemptuously with respect to this judge and her court.
He's double-dealing with the DC court and the Florida court. Cannon should put a stop to it before she loses control of the narrative.
