Cannot believe someone runs on a one plank platform and gets elected. What a country. Worse, that some maniac judge gets to approve of her antics. If this stands, we are past doomed as a nation, we are buried. Only time I want to see her is in the cross walk as I am approaching at 60MPH. The 60MPH recall.

Don’t get me wrong here. I’m one of those that believe in the goodness of God. It’s just that... this nation has turned so far away from God towards evil, that I fear he has turned away from America now. It has been a pattern, throughout history, that if or when a nation allows evil to flourish, allowing perversions to rule over the land ... God gives those nations over to their own devices and perversions. One way... is he allows evil leaders to take control (See: Obama/Biden). We are now under His judgement.... and we’re no longer “the good guys” in this world.

Aggravated harassment in the second degree
1. With intent to harass another person, the actor either:
(a) communicates, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, by computer or any other electronic means, or by mail, or by transmitting or delivering any other form of communication, a threat to cause physical harm to, or unlawful harm to the property of, such person, or a member of such person’s same family or household as defined in subdivision one of section 530.11 of the criminal procedure law, and the actor knows or
reasonably should know that such communication will cause such person to reasonably fear harm to such person’s physical safety or property, or to the physical safety or property of a member of such person’s same family or household; or

The rest is physical violence which represents first degree harassment.

Let the law prevail. But as the AG in New York, she will, also, be responsible for not protecting the law for a citizen of the state by harrassing him.

Practically speaking, however, most New York violation charges will result in a “time served” sentence, which oftentimes is no jail time at all, or just the time spent in arrest processing.
But again, as an AG, the highestr prosecuter in the state, she should be held accountable for the action and she should be considered for termination by disregarding the law. And with the level of the deceit of the citizens of New York by violating a law she would be responsible to prosecute representing the citizens, she should be forced to serve the time. Goose/gander

“Diversity” and “multiculturalism” have destroyed the nation. 14th and 19th Amendments didn’t turn out the way that they were intended.
Trump filed a motion to Engeron, to hold the payment, until he could appeal to the Appeal court, and , Engeron denied the motion. He said, paraphrased “I am sure the Appeals court can uphold your appelate rights”. Which means, Trump has to put up the bond, before he can appeal. Engeron knows that, so he is just being an a**hole.
Likewise the "Civil Rights Act" and the "Voting Rights Act".
What if Trump appeals to the NYS apellate court without putting up the bond? If the apellate court denies the petition (because Trump didn't post bond), Trump could then go to the SCOTUS.

And, ultimately, you know what that spells... right? In the end, we are destined to lose this nation as founded and as a free nation. It is written. Even IF Trump magically manages to win the next four years.... I fear that we are finite on the world stage. I sure don’t see any hint of Israel having an (or any) “ally” in those end days... do you?

Inaccurate. When a people turn away from God, God turns away from them. Saying God "no longer holds sway" means he no longer influences. That limits God's power which I believe would be inaccurate/incorrect to do. God could easily fix all this *if He chose.* That would however, negate the free will we as His children were given.
With that said, We were warned in God's word. We are continually warned daily of what's to come should our country and indeed, all mankind continue to turn away from Him.
Those who refuse God and His desire for us are being blinded by Him. They refuse Him, that's what happens. The Bible is clear on that point. Once blinded it's one bad decision after another, after another. And those people are in power, corrupting everything they can.
I won't pretend to know what bad earthly thing is going to happen next, it will not however surprise me. My responsibility as His child who's been redeemed by the blood of Jesus is to keep my focus squarely on Him, pray, and make sure my family and those I love are covered by Jesus. Of course I pray for revival and a return to Him also despite my own doubts it will actually happen.

The law you mention, especially given how much money he would have to put up, I believe is unconstitutional.
I believe his legal team should file an appeal petition WITHOUT a bond, or with a bond of a lower amount to the NYS Court pf Appeals.
If the appeals court issues an order denying the petition, then the Trump team should petition SCOTUS.
This is a very old problem. I remember Ross Perot, while running against Bill Clinton for President, saying that the U.S. was rapidly becoming less of a culture than simply “an economy.” And that was more than 30 years ago.
Many here on FR have made effective arguments that the Civil War #1 was not as much about slavery or even state's rights as it was about the money, with the North commandeering the profits of the South's goods through building a powerful central government and money control mechanisms. Sort of Democrat of them, just like Civil War #2.
