“Just in: A Polish citizen allegedly working with Russia’s military intelligence agency has been arrested on suspicion of aiding Moscow in a plot to assassinate Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to Ukrainian and Polish authorities.”

Missile production is going to be a limiting factor here. We only produce about 500 PAC-3 missiles/year and an unknown quantity of PAC-2. We are adding PAC-2 production in Europe, and Japan makes PAC-2 and PAC-3 under licence. We are actually buying missiles from Japan to free up some of our own inventory for Ukraine, but there is a backlog of thousands of missiles contracted for domestic and foreign sales. We have a significant stockpile, but we will not let it get lower than our target inventory. Just as we are sitting on about 4 million artillery rounds (plus millions of DPICM rounds), we will retain thousands of Patriot missiles as a minimum for ourselves in case of war.
Did you report Kazan’s death threat? Its a reportable crime, a felony I think

6 Tu-95 strategic bombers airborne and en route to their cruise missile attack launch lines right now.
Could be Kalibr cruise missile launches on Ukraine tonight, too. Up to 16 missiles.
"As everyone agrees, Ukrainian Survival and Strength should be much more important to Europe than to us, but it is also important to us! GET MOVING EUROPE!"
I have been saying the same thing for 2 years. This is Europe's backyard, and Russia is an existential threat to Europe. They should be more invested than we are. But that doesn't mean Ukraine isn't important to the USA, nor that we should abandon them.
And Europe has provided not only more military aid to Ukraine than the USA, but total aid including non-military aid, they have more than doubled our contribution. That doesn't mean we shouldn't demand they do more, especially in direct MILITARY aid. As I've said before, Europe's economy should be on a war footing.
First supporting Johnson and suggesting we structure Ukraine aid as a forgivable loan, and now this. The hardcore pro-Russia folks are going to have to choose. Trump or Putin. I know there are many on FR who will choose Putin. I've seen some of them openly supporting Iran over Israel and Russia over USA. Many cheering for the demise of the dollar and loss of US greatness and global influence. Some are using virtually verbatim Russian propaganda in their arguments. Some are even beginning to disparage the legacy of Reagan, grouping him with Obama as a "progressive".
President Trump and his advisors are recognizing reality. Biden effed it all up and Trump would be dealing with a disaster in 2025 if Ukraine is overrun by Russia.

If Israel attacked Iran tonight, the vote on Saturday for aid to Israel and Ukraine will be overwhelming.
Senate will quickly vote to approve - despite Paul’s attempt to slow it down.
Transport planes will be landing in Israel and Poland within a week.
Its a PARTY in the USA.
Rules Committee done. Its a PARTY in the USA.
“House Republicans took a critical step late Thursday night toward bringing up the long-stalled foreign aid bill for Ukraine and Israel, after being forced to rely on Democratic votes to move a plan to consider it out of a key committee and onto the floor.
The 9-to-3 vote in the critical Rules Committee was an early step in the convoluted process the House is expected to go through over the next couple of days to approve the $95 billion aid package. It reflected the extent of far-right anger over Speaker Mike Johnson’s plan to push through the legislation over the opposition of ultraconservative Republicans, and underscored how heavily the speaker will have to rely on Democrats to push it across the finish line.
In a spasm of anger, three far-right Republicans on the panel, which controls what legislation comes to the House floor, refused to back the rule needed to bring up the foreign aid bill, putting it on track to die in committee. But Democrats on the panel stepped in to save it in an extraordinary breach of custom.
All Democrats voted to advance the plan out of committee.”

Downed by S-200. And the second bomber turned tail and aborted its attack and returned to base.
