Just wanted to take a moment to thank those of you who offered genuine advice, and not snark or admonishments for me wanting to put a light on a pistol that will likely never be handled “with intent” within a mile of another human being:

My current frontrunner is a Streamlight TLR-7, but I’m looking into the other possibilities raised in this thread. I appreciate it.
