It's only a matter of time before other equally ridiculous "my authentic self" surgeries are approved, i.e. I identify as large breasted, pregnancy ruined my authentic figure so I need a tummy tuck, etc. etc.
If fantasy needs like sex changes are legit why not cosmetic surgery?
