F-16s, when they finally arrive, will improve Ukraine's ability to target RUS SAMs.
Currently, Ukraine's MiGs & SUs can only launch HARMs preemptively.
F-16s, with AN/ASQ-213 HARM targeting system, will be able to target specific SAMs and it won't matter if the SAMs stop emitting.

I’ve noticed a significant uptick in precision strikes by artillery, GMLRS and other precision weapons that rely at least partially on GPS guidance. In early December there was an article claiming Russia had made these weapons ineffective by jamming GPS, but whatever they were doing is no longer effective. Or possibly it was never effective at all.
The west is getting extensive data on Russia’s EW capabilities and limitations, while showing essentially nothing of our own (beyond a few drone jamming systems). I won’t be surprised if we give zero, or very limited/old EW capability with the F-16s.
I’m rather impressed how UKRs targets 3rd and 4th level assets before going after primary targets. It’s reminiscent of how the allies targeted Tiger tanks by going after their fuel, ammo and maintenance support causing many tanks to simply be abandoned in the field during an offensive due to lack of operational capability.
Something a Smash-and-Grab dictators like Putin and Saddam don’t think about. During Desert Shield Saddam’s troops in Kuwait were given no withdrawal no surrender orders. After their support systems were eliminated the soldiers surrendered en mass at Desert Storm due in large part to lack of food and water. Without communication with higher their only rational option was surrender.
I wonder if the GPS firmware in GPS only ordnance has been updated to "ignore" GPS jamming. My guess is yes.

All in all, UKR target intel at all levels has been impressive.
Some of the attacks could only be accomplished by getting intel from Partisans.

The drone operator of the 95th Separate Polesian Air Assault Brigade with the call sign "Kevin" led out a fellow soldier who had been captured by the enemy.
Our captured fighter managed to untie his hands and feet in an enemy trench, following a drone that was showing him the right way with flashing lights.
On his way, he faced a Russian soldier, but then the drone came to help him again: it dropped a grenade and wounded the enemy.

US ATACMS Expiry Date Raises Questions
The US has about 1,000 older M39/M39A1 missiles, though they are inactivated because they contain cluster munitions. Considering the impact the first 20 missiles had, these could certainly be a powerful arrow in Ukraine's quiver. M26 MLRS rockets, GLSDB, Attack helicopters, Fighter jets, all being held back or slow walked. Another clear sign that the Biden regime doesn't want Ukraine to be TOO successful.
ISW reports (3 Dec) reports:
“NATO also announced in a statement on January 3 that NATO’s Support and Procurement Agency will support a coalition of member states, including Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, and Spain to purchase up to 1,000 Patriot missiles to strengthen the member states’ air defenses...
It is unclear if Ukraine will receive any of the 1,000 Patriot missiles, or on what timeline.
The $5.5 billion contract will support the establishment of a Patriot missile production facility in Germany, increasing the available supply of Patriot missiles and replenishing member states’ stockpiles.”
So both of our WW2 enemies, Germany and Japan, will be building Patriots.

Hopefully, part of that is due to funding constraints, and the 2024 appropriation will free up more.
That certainly makes sense, same reason Turkey getting s-400s caused issues with delivery of US aircraft.
Sadly Germany and US have ample patriot systems that could be delivered now and back filled with new builds
