Does she mean like two weeks of electronic recounts and lawsuits? What is the “time permitted?”
And the whispers about those pre-printed mail-ins for Biden that had no crease/folds is that they have been destroyed, defying a court order to preserve them. The lawyers have petitioned the court to be allowed to quit. That's the only thing it could be. The lawyers don't want any part of being attached to destroying evidence.

I don’t trust machines to count votes.

I would be willing to bet that if someone charged by the obviously corrupt Arizona AG decides to fight such a prosecution in court, that it will ultimately be determined that the Arizona law in question is unconstitutional as applied to counting ballots. The constitution, which clearly supersedes, Arizona law, guarantees us a Republican (small “r”) form of government, which necessarily require that votes in elections be tallied accurately. Since there’s more than one way to do that, and since machine counting can be inaccurate because of flaws or purposeful action, hand counting cannot be made illegal - not if members of all major parties are present to observe it.
“Recounts” never made much sense, at least from the standpoint there is no point if so many of the ballots are fraudulent to begin with. They’ll count them again, and the results won’t change. And then claim this proves the system “works”.

Well, Trump won about 75% of the vote in Mohave County in 2020. Are you sure the machine count in 2024 will have Biden or some other Dem winning?
I guess the other thing is, what does the law say in Arizona about counting votes? Usually all counties in a state have to count votes the same way. Does AZ law say that AZ counties can pick and choose how to count votes?

Time is relative.
The time permitted is when MAGA areas report their counts sufficiently early enough for Democrat strongholds to report theirs later, allowing time for Democrats to do more counting as needed.
The machines can be set to model mode to all weighting of each vote depending on candidate. That way the ballot count will always match, but the selection by the voter is partially applied to one candidate. So instead of the each candidate getting a 'full' vote, one (or more) candidates is getting a partial vote, or will switch the vote for an opposing candidate to keep the count straight. This is the court case about 'pristine / no folds' mail-in ballots in an election where the rules were ballots without envelopes (unfolded) would not be counted.
We may need to wait until Jan. 9 for the trial in Fulton County to expose these tactics.
Arizona AG already has a deal with Fox News, so Fox can call the election for Biden by 7pm on election night. The check has cleared.
This should be met with the same clarity as DanaWhite’s response to Peloton’s demand that he remove a pro-DJTrump video from his personal social media post: “Go F** yourself.”
If the offender circles back, provide explicit instructions on how to perform that maneuver.

If the richest, most technologically advanced country in the history of countries is claiming it cannot verify voter rolls or count votes, it’s not because they lack the ability!
(It’s because someone very powerful does not want it done!)
Perhaps it’s worth considering the idea of outsourcing our elections to Argentina’s capable hands? That might ensure we learn the results within a day and alleviate concerns about Democrats cheating.
The militia should come forth to ensure the ballots are counted following the law enacted by the state legislature. After all the votes are quickly counted, then the SoS can declare the count wrong and see what happens.
