The reason they're silent is because they are salivating and hoping the Colorado judge is going to deny Trump from getting on the ballot. To hell with the Constitution and existing laws. Ron DeSantis and Nimrata Randhawa belong nowhere near the oval office.

Why? Please say that was a rhetorical question because no one can be that stupid.

There isn't a hope in hell that Trump will be kept off the Colorado ballot - he hasn't been found guilty of any crime or misdemeanor, and he's not in violation of any of Colorado or US laws. No sane judge would try to remove Trump from any state ballot, and if an insane one did, he or she would be instantly over-ruled on appeal.

According to the reports I’ve read, this judge is not sane.

If they don’t make a statement strongly against this then they will NEVER EVER get a vote from me.
They could be running against Satan himself and I would still abstain.

Because of course they are just supposed to respond every time about some talking head "putting them on blast" about what some group is doing here or there.
Pointless nonsense. We are continuing to lose elections left and right this year and this nonsense is what we focus on? Just totally disengage and let the Democrats walk all over us so we can just pontificate about nonsense?

I’m voting for Trump whether he is ON the Ballot or NOT!!!!!

Of course, Colorado is chock-full of hippie-dippies. The mountains aren’t the only thing that’s high in Colorado. Been there, saw for myself.

It is not their problem and anything they say will get criticized. So, best to ignore.

They could be running against Satan himself and I would still abstain. Which is why people like you should not be taken seriously...about anything.

Only reason you dismiss the fact lawfare is being used against Trump, is you’re one of the desantis supporter/nevertrumpers that want the lying, corrupt, rino uniparty supported desantis to become president.
So for you and others like you, anything goes as long as it gets rid of Trump

I no longer trust our legal system in any way, shape or form.
I hate being cynical, but...the fact is, people in the right place can get away with murder and grand theft, and it isn’t even close. You and I never would, but...they do.
We have a dual justice system, and our side is the Banana Republic side.
I have no confidence in any legal matter whatsoever.

They don’t need to make a statement. Trump’s BFF and member of his SC campaign leadership team, Lindsey Graham, has it adequately covered.

Democrats want Trump on the ballot. He’s the best GOTV and fundraising tool they’ve ever had.

“And I have a question,” he continued. “Why hasn’t Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley or any of these people spoken out against the effort to take Donald Trump off the ballot? Do they actually stand up for their beliefs? Do they actually stand up for their principles? Do they actually stand up for what they believe in?” No worries.
Mister Trump can simply appear at the forthcoming DEBATE of GOP candidates, and make his case to us voters.
(He won't.)

“There isn’t a hope in hell that Trump will be kept off the Colorado ballot...”
Each state has it’s own stepping stones for being put on the ballot for a general election. There is the old Constitutional natural born, 35 or older, and must be a resident of the US for 14 years.
There’s, also, the 14th amendment which does not apply here as he has not been convicted of the crimes mentioned.
But states can play games also and all fifty do. In Colorado, a couple of the laws that they enforce are filing fees must be accomplished prior to any election processes to include primaries. The person filing must be a member of a viable party like the RNC or DNC. And even if you think you can be written in, you have to pay a fee just to get your write-in votes counted. Oh the games people play.

Why would he? The losers running against him aren't even in the same league as Trump.
