IMHO, there shouldn’t exist any Federal Agency even capable of arresting protestors.
If that were the case all along, these Islamist supporters wouldn’t be in the country in the first place.

Yes. This. But good luck getting all that many of the so-called "conservatives" who post on this forum even to understand what you're saying, much less agree.
It's telling that, for the most part, we hadn't seen the original poster's sentiments being expressed by self-described "conservatives" until the object of the protest was the modern nation-state of Israel. I suppose, therefore, for at least some "conservatives," that's the country they really support.

Protesters have a 1A right to protest. Doesn’t really matter what they’re protesting. Leave them alone. The only exception that I can think of is during a declared war.
However, a protester who assaults someone or destroys property is no longer a protester. He is a criminal, and should be arrested immediately. The problem, of course, is that the cops usually look the other way. That’s probably because they are ordered to do so.
Two weeks from now is the 85th. anniversary of Kristallnacht, “The Night of Broken Glass’’ when Nazi mobs rampaged through German cities, attacking ,beating and killing Jews and ransacking and burning synagogues , Jewish homes and businesses.
In 1945, after the worst war in human history and the horror of The Holocaust the world said “Never Again!’’.

I missed another exception in my post #13. A protest that explicitly calls for violence should not be 1A protected. The key word there is “explicitly”.
“X are terrible people, they are all very evil.” - That’s ugly, but 1A protected.
“Death to the X!” - Not 1A protected. But I’m not sure exactly what the crime would be. Disorderly conduct? Inciting to riot?

NO. Left wing commies want to ban speech. We don't. But as soon as those twits cross the line into action then move in and arrest them. So far, the only 'protesters' that are arrested ever - - and jailed in our country are conservatives. Period.
In the mean time conservatives and Jews together need to tell the world why the Palestinians are nuts - where they lie and how sick the rest of us are of their damn pity party. Then they can defend themselves or not. But the 'hate' excuse is crap.
