This is why I look forward to all of the cases. I love it will be televised. These clowns are so blind trying to end Trump they arent seeing the vulnerability theyve exposed themselves to. It will be alot more difficult to sweep this kind of stuff under the rug in an official proceeding where the accused has actual rights....reasonable doubt is all that needs to be established.
Guiliani should be appealing.

Guiliani got whacked by the judge because he didn’t turn over enough discovery material. jury never ruled on guilt or innocence.

And that is a major part of the problem. He can present the charges in Georgia, or any other state or territory but it will never be enough to try to change law or the Constitution as cheating is not covered to invalidate an election in every state or territory. The founders never considered it. And all of it is state controlled.
And by the time the states allow the embarrassment of their own state to be identified there will be enough liberal judges to keep the vote in place with the electors. It’s just water under the bridge that is not going to come back under our current system. Water that should have been better handled at the state level.
