Any such move could be appealed all the way to the SCOTUS immediately. That’s the whole reason judges haven’t imposed such orders upon Trump up to now. Let’s see if this judge is stupid enough to do it.

War is not an option until a substantial number of people are harmed by DOJ and the alphabet agencies. Right now, almost everyone is an observer, unaffected. Even when Trump was president and had power he was often reluctant to protect his supporters and take on the federal neo-Nazis running the police state.
We all know “First they came…” However it takes time for people to wake up and then they need to feel that their lives are being threatened before they can risk their lives in a war.
