Good point and people need to be frequently reminded.

There is no stopping the Lefts march. Any defeat is only a minor setback or inconvenience. They regroup and push on.

Wish our side had the same relentless determination.

“President Retard looking for new unconstitutional ways to rip off America”

Yep, they’ll find a work-around.

In my opinion student loans should be made dischargeable in a bankruptcy proceeding about 10 years after a student has left school. They shouldn’t be a lifetime obligation like unpaid taxes.

Joseph Robinette Biden is not a “normal” President.
BTW who gives the name Robinette to their male child?

Any plan that spews forth from Brandon’s sewer hole on this issue will be another violation of the 14th Amendment “Equal Protection of the Law” clause.

Unfortunately, since Obama nationalized the student loan business, student loans are redistributed taxes. In that sense, they are unrepaid taxes.

SCOTUS can hold him in contempt if he intentionally disregards their holdings on constitutional issues, which is what he is threatening to do. SCOTUS has to call him out as a warning, then if he continues, charge him with civil contempt with a very large fine. If he still continues after that, then its criminal contempt time.

Dems want the issue just like they did with the Dobbs decision. And they will also use the end of affirmative action admissions to college.

If Brandon wants to crap all over the Constitution, there are 16.5 million living veterans that swore to protect it from enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC.

It is time to convert American universities into camps for the millions of illegals flooding into the USA. The primary teaching needed in them from now on is English as a second language. Secondary classes can be landscaping upkeep, pool maintenance, harvesting crops, fast food preparation, pouring and finishing concrete and janitorial services.

Thank you for referencing that article cotton1706.

"Joe Biden to Announce New Plan on Student Loans After Supreme Court Strikes Down His Bailout Program (leftists undeterred!)"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

When POTUS is found guilty of making a politically correct, unilateral edict that violates constitutional law since it steals state powers imo, since he has no fear of being impeached by corrupt, post-17th Amendment Congress that makes bills likewise based on stolen state powers, POTUS simply changes a few words in edict and tries to put it into effect again.

On the other hand, when an ordinary citizen is convicted of breaking a law, they go to jail.

That's quite a system us Americans have! /sarc

Regarding 2024 elections, it's up to Democratic and Republican patriots to initiate the final stage of Trump 47's second term mission to finish draining the swamp by primarying as many of our beloved state and federal lawmakers and executives as we can.

After all, evidenced by the Senate's passing an unconstitutional gut control bill, lawmakers and executives continue to show that they do not have the patriotism and leadership skills necessary to find legislative support for effective remedies for unconstitutional government policies.

In fact, given that one of the very few powers that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the unconstitutionally big federal government to dictate domestic policy is to run the Mail Service (most federal domestic policy actually based on stolen state powers), the worst problem that the peacetime country would otherwise be looking at with a new Congress of freshman lawmakers is a delay with mail delivery.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"

Trump can endorse candidates that Constitution-savvy patriots recommend as long as candidates are not incumbents, candidates also promising to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments after they win office.

The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.

Looking past at how ridiculous unfair, unconstitutional this is, how does it make sense? People with student loans most likely are completely brainwashed and will vote for democrats regardless. What union worker, tradesman, or business owner who never went to college or paid off their loans, is going to say, “You got my vote Joe. I will be glad to pay more taxes so some fat broad with blue hair in HR won’t have to pay off her loan.”

Everyone on them a USSC action. Yesa, gratifying to see these decisions but...where are the congressional Republicans (that we keep returning to office)? They talk and posture a lot but don’t walk the talk. For instance, they totally caved when they had the chance to hold the line on spending. Make no mistake, this was an epic retreat.

The way to punish the Dems is to reduce the size, power and scope of government, which is the tool they rely on to advance their agenda. Yet the GOP never cuts back anything.

Yes. A USSC that we would not have without the tireless unrelenting brave and wise work from so many Republicans it can’t be counted.

I don’t think they do everything right. But they do a lot right. It is counterproductive to push a narrative that they are useless, do nothing, or are a uniparty. That is simply wrong.
