You can bet Smith will indict Trump on the January 6 case. The media will pull out all the stops with their narrative that Trump caused the insurrection. Ashley Babbitt nor Ray Epps will be mentioned. The Fed agitators in the crowd won't be mentioned and lastly, Trump telling the crowd to protest peacefully won't be mentioned. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to hear about the prospect of alternate electors.
