While on the commuter ferry from Hoboken to Manhattan this morning, a NY Waterway crew member started yelling something. He was behind me so I just assumed he was a nut and kept my headphones in. Then I realized he was “official” so I started listening halfway in. He was yelling about a two hour dome over NY Harbor. 6-8 tonight. No boats on the water. I missed half of his announcement and can’t find anything online. Anybody know what he might have been yelling about?
