Still not a SINGLE “insurrection” charge on any of them.

Gee, what a surprise. Let’s have a fair trial then hang ‘em.
To: unixfox
What’s the difference between ‘seditious conspiracy’ and ‘insurrection’?

From the evidence I’ve seen, the FBI was doing most of the direction of the ‘Proud Boy’s’ that day.

“Tarrio’s attorneys blamed Trump for encouraging and revving up the crowd that ultimately broke into the Capitol.”
The attorney and his family can sleep safely and soundly now.
The Deep State thanks him for ignoring the .gov agent provocateur involvement.

They probably didn’t want these guys in the Senate Chamber because they already had setup a photo-op with ‘Q Shaman’ guy...

Most of the attorneys in these cases were pathetic. A lot of them uber-liberal Public Defenders...

The stinking FBI were the instigators NOT A DOUBT in my mind!! We have had SEVERAL takeovers in state capitals by the left YET crickets!! The BASTARDS leading the insurrections were even legistors AND NOTHING, NO CONSEQUENCES, when consequences were given they were taken back.. SPIT!!!

Tarrio was accused of orchestrating a fighting force with a group they called the "Ministry of Self Defense" comprised of dedicated Proud Boys and top leaders. Ray Epps bragged about essentially doing the same thing. But he gets a 60 Minutes tongue bath. Strange that the MSM cares so much about this one MAGA rioter.

Sedition: If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
Insurrection: Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Ray Epps is clearly guilty of both....whats up?
To: shadowlands1960
This is a grotesque miscarriage of justice.
