Did you run them in the drier for about 15 minutes? Some people neglect to do that.

Companies like BB&B become showrooms for companies like Amazon. Go to the store, check out the product & then purchase it cheaper on Amazon.
The problem I have with BB&B as well as other retailers is that their website lists products, then you find out that what you want isn’t in stock locally and you have to order them. Why bother?
Exactly. One wonders what other bad decisions they made, of which this is the culmination.
