Well I’m naturally a cynic.
All this is going to do is provide more fodder for the media, leftys, independents, and honestly most normal people to pile on sore loser Trumpians and MAGAts (their words, not mine) who cry ‘stolen election’ every time they lose. The worst part is there will be some anecdotal ‘evidence’ at best, no judge is going to take up a flimsy at best case and then we get hear about the conspiracy that would have to include 1000’s if not 10,000s of people to pull off and they all keep it quiet. Even Q would roll his/her eyes at this. The fact is you had 2 weak candidates running for Governor and the slightly less weak one run. You may not like it, but ol’ Turtle was correct, quality matters.
When the first entry in the summary of the case starts with the results of a Rasmussen poll it tells you her legal team knows they have no chance in court but they may be able to coax a few more bucks out of the true believers.

I was afraid she might just fundraise, and complain endlessly, but never actually file a legitimate lawsuit alleging actual FRAUD (like some have).
Let’s hope she has some specific evidence, too. We need our elections to be secure.

Is there a provision in the Arizona Constitution or State Law for “decertification” of an election?

Cochise is a solid-red county. The results from Cochise would have been thrown out. Kari Lake carried Cochise by 18 points over Hobbs. Why would anyone want to take votes away from Lake and other Republicans down ballot?
The part that has zero evidence of massive voter fraud because a small amount of printers malfunctioned which prevented 0 people from voting, Trump bloviating about ‘broken machines’, and supporter claims of voting ‘trouble’. Lake is going to go no where with this, but she will grift some dollars and be the Belle of the Ball. Palin worked that circuit for a while to good affect and I imagine Lake will be successful too, until the next semi attractive mouthpiece come around.

Yea, a new election is not happening. The courts are not going to get involved.... especially if the republicans are the ones harmed.
