Memorize? I don’t think that there is any attempt by the White House to have Biden memorize anything. He reads almost everything from his giant flat screen TV type Teleprompter or from cards or a digital notepad. The only things that Biden can say off the cuff are platitudes that he’s been saying all his life.
So long as the deep state thinks it has control of the algorithm in the Dominion voting machines which will still be the voting system of choice in November and in 2024 the deep state finds Biden useful. He has no will of his own and his “errors’ are correctable. He appears only demented not positively stupid like Camel Hairis.
My bet is that pre-trip negotiations were stalled.
Presidents like neogtiations to precede their diplomatic trips so that any agreements they announce on the trip have already been set by negotiations before the trip. And apparently what they thought was “set” with the Saudis was not. With Israel I imagine Biden would just try to embarrass Israel in some way,or even just applaud them for not reelecting Netanyahu.
