When people (the public) realizes the (mis) management of the homeless is a real estate transaction and nothing to do with helping people they can understand what is going on much better.

By allowing this behavior the benefactors can drive the price of real estate into the gutter. Let it cook.

Then WhaLaa along comes a law and order leader who cleans up the mess, holds addicts and crooks accountable and the real estate will again skyrocket. And people will feel safe to move there and conduct business normally.

I’m talking about an enormous amount of money that will be made and the housing being built on the tax payers dime is part of it.

Neither the tax payer nor the homeless person gets anything except the privelage of being used.
