Based on that protocol, you will have to do your calculations by ratio and proportion ( convert pounds to kilograms )
In your case, 220 pounds is about 99.7 kg. ( round it up to 100 kg. )

Maybe it has something to do with government paying for funeral expenses for COVID but not flu.
Or maybe COVID cures the flu?
We’ve had several freepers take it now who recovered easily. My neighbor’s daughter-in-law took it and recovered within a few days. The son did not and was very ill for a few weeks.
Because pushhealth is a network of doctors, just be aware that not all of them are pro ivermectin. My husband’s was that way but he did call it in to a local pharmacy. Mine was much better, called it in, plus refills and good instructions on how to take it. He’s local family doctor too, so I plan to make an appointment to see him when I’m due for a checkup!
Make sure your pharmacy has it in stock. Mine did and we have had no problems, that’s not the case everywhere.
