Wasn’t that the plan from the get-go?

But they are not getting what they want. He’s just a wrecking ball. Watching his interview with George Stephanopolous, he’s damaged. He was on thin ice, and this debacle is the deal breaker. The video of him twisting an eight year old girls nipple, and the girl now confirming it, I bet they all saw it and realize this guy is scum. He’s now a grenade with a loose pin, bouncing around, and they know it. They need him off the stage, ASAP. I disagree on every count because you're looking at it from your lens, not theirs. It took me a while to realize that the game you see is not the game that they see.
Here's the stuff that matters: Trump's wall is crumbling because of the Biden southern border policy. The Iran deal is back on the table, which doesn't really mean much to normal folk, but for lefty thinktankers, it's a huge victory because of how audacious it was (I think it's probably back off the table, but the idea that they can subvert one of Trump's bigger foreign policy reversals is important to them). The little things where they wanted to plant their flag are being pushed: CRT, Keystone pipeline cancellation, making nice with China, eviscerating the Trump-loving elements in the military (they may never get all of the enlisted culled, but they will damn sure make certain that the number of outspoken rightwingers for the next decade of general officer candidates is going to either be very careful and fearful conservatives or outspoken libs.). The pork in the stimulus and infrastructure boondoggles are about as close to done as can be, and they're inches away from getting elections nationalized, an anti-gun nut in charge of the ATF and I think they already confirmed an environmental terrorist to manage government lands. They're getting their way.

My point was that a mentally disabled President can still challenge the 25th Amendment declaration, which takes 2/3 of Congress to override.
A President in a coma can’t.

And if Joe Biden (or Jill) writes a letter to Congress saying, “I’m fine”, then the whole effort falls apart. He stays. They fail. End of story. It's not that simple.
There are two paths for the 25th amendment.
- The President sends a letter to both chambers of Congress that he is incapable of executing the duties (say, for surgery) and the power is transferred to the Vice President. When the President is ready to resume the powers, he sends a second letter to Congress reclaiming the power.
- If the Vice President, with the concurrence of a majority of the Cabinet deem the President to be incapable of executing the duties of the office, they send a letter to both chambers of Congress and the Vice President assumes the office.
In the case of path #2, there are two possible resolutions:
- The President sends a letter to both chambers of Congress that there is no disability and resumes the power of the office.
- The President sends a letter to both chambers of Congress that there is no disability and resumes the power of the office. The Vice President, with a concurrence of a majority of the Cabinet sends a second letter to both chambers of Congress within four days of the President's letter declaring that the President is still incapable of holding the office.
In the first case, the President resumes office.
In the second case, Congress resolves the dispute. If two-thirds of each chamber agree with the Vice President, the President is removed and the Vice President becomes acting President.

Sounds more like they want people to think this. Propaganda articles are a dime a dozen these days.

I don’t believe cabinet members will give up their power over clueless Joe Biden. That's a good point.
How many Cabinet secretaries would a President Harris replace with her own loyal people after they oust a President Biden?
It's like the warning to a mistress who wants to marry the cheating husband that if he did it to his first wife...
If the Cabinet was willing to go along with ousting Biden, who's to say that the next Vice President won't get them to go along with ousting Harris, too?

The fix is in.
The “advisers” engineered the Afghan debacle so the Dims could cut the pretense of supporting the card board cut out they chose only for the purpose of the general election, knowing he was not good for anything else.
The Dims knowingly committed electoral fraud with Biden.

Dittos. Whoever, or whatever, is really president is fully in charge. Don’t confuse the actors with the director.
