I have been involved in those things as well, but there is part of me that says the election gear doesn’t operate on that model, especially since it is run by State and Local authorities.

Hoping the audit does uncover what we all suspect, but not holding my breath on these various “bombshells” that continue to drizzle out.
The audit needs to be run with the utmost in professionalism and transparency, and then the reports need to be fairly and objectively reported. Anything other than that (including GP breathlessly reporting rumors every day) degrades the credibility of the entire process, IMHO..
There is no such thing as totally deleted files if they were on a computer attached to the internet and it turns out that most of these voting boxes were, indeed, on line. That data is somewhere out there on the Net even if they melted the machines to slag. That is not even considering NSA’s cache.

There were plenty of state laws that were violated. I am looking at a class 5 and 6 felony under their chapter 17, good for 9 years total not including a pair of misdemeanors.
The manner in which it is written suggests every single vote could send them into eternity, but I am not sure.
