Anecdotally I know a young woman who was 3 months into her second pregnancy when she and the whole family came down with COVID.
They all recovered quickly with only mild symptoms but she ended up delivering very prematurely. The little guy didn’t make it.
Her previous pregnancy was totally normal.
Perhaps it is not just the vaccine but the virus itself.

To be fair, I have definitely heard stories of women in the US having miscarriages shortly after NOT RECEIVING A VACCINATION. That being said this all should be investigated throughly and objectively to determine if a problem exists.
Whether it’s true or not, what rational pregnant woman would take an experimental vaccine for a virus that she is at low risk of getting or suffering any serious effect from?
