Don't kid yourself.
If you are an elected Governor, Senator - or even a mere Congressman - and whether you are a Republican, a Democrat, or a hermaphrodite - you can have as much sex as you want, any time you want, with ALMOST anyone you want.
The "staff" of these guys are composed of a large number of unusually young, unusually attractive females who aren't there because they write great briefing papers.
Sometimes, one of them gets a little crazy, but you know even major leaguers don't bat 1.000.
The Democrat leadership at the national level has decided Cuomo is not going to be Harris's VP, that's all this is about.
They don't "all do it" - but it's so common, that's the way to bet.
He tweeted on May 27, 2013:

His duplicity will catch up with him...
