If they come for guns they will simply start getting shot and this alway already illegitimate government will soon be overthrown. It’s not a threat but just an easy prediction, like the sun setting in the west tonight.

There is no basis for a national gun bill, it’s a state issue.

I would not count on the SCOTUS for anything anymore. Look at the unconstitutional impeachment going on right now. We no longer have a government of the people. The representative republic is nearly dead.

The Canadian Liberals wasted about a Billion dollars on a National Firearm Registry and when the Government changed the new crew destroyed it , LOL

Unconstitutional as back to back impeachments. The “democrats” are doing too many drugs and molesting too many kids.

***seeks to create a national firearm registry and make it illegal to possess a firearm without a license.***

Precursor to total gun confiscation. The founder of Handgun Control Inc accidentally spilled his guts back in 1976.

Nelson T. ‘Pete’ Shields
Founder of Handgun Control, Inc.

“I’m convinced that we have to have federal legislation to build on. We’re going to have to take one step at a time, and the first step is necessarily — given the political realities — going to be very modest.

Of course, it’s true that politicians will then go home and say, ‘This is a great law. The problem is solved.’ And it’s also true that such statements will tend to defuse the gun-control issue for a time.

So then we’ll have to strengthen that law, and then again to strengthen that law, and maybe again and again. Right now, though, we’d be satisfied not with half a loaf but with a slice. Our ultimate goal — total control of handguns in the United States — is going to take time.

My estimate is from seven to ten years. The problem is to slow down the increasing number of handguns sold in this country. The second problem is to get them all registered. And the final problem is to make the possession of all handguns and all handgun ammunition — except for the military, policemen, licensed security guards, licensed sporting clubs, and licensed gun collectors — TOTALLY ILLEGAL.”

-Pete Shields, Chairman and founder, Handgun Control Inc., “A Reporter At Large: Handguns,” The New Yorker, July 26, 1976, 57-58

“Yes, I’m for an outright ban [on handguns].”

-Pete Shields, Chairman emeritus, Handgun Control, Inc., 60 Minutes interview

HCI, around 1984, made a grab for the semi-auto rifles and shotguns, and missed.

Then Josh Sugarmann tuned in. This has been the mantra ever since.
“ Assault weapons’ menacing looks, coupled with the public’s confusion over fully-automatic machine guns versus semi-automatic assault weapons —anything that looks like a machine gun is assumed to be a machine gun— can only increase the chance of public support for restrictions on these weapons.”

– Josh Sugarmann

"illegal to possess a firearm without a license.

NO WAY IN HELL..!!

That's the same thing the Nazis did in Germany. Then they collected them up..

One does NOT take a license for an inalienable right..

Sheila Jackson Lee's H.R. 127 doesn't stand a chance to even make it out of committee.

However, its real danger is that it will be used by the Democrats as their starting point for "reasonable gun legislation reform" they will throw out the most ridiculous parts then ask the Republicans to "meet them halfway."

I don’t think you should ever assume the courts will strike it down. They, including the Supreme Court, have put the stamp of approval on plenty of other laws that are just as unconstitutional.

Considering what these despots have done in 3 weeks, people ought to be wetting their pants thinking about 4 years of this Non-Stop.

Real Americans need to think about how far they’re going to let this go. At some point we are going to either be slaves or we are going to draw a line in the sand. People need decide now where they’re going to draw that line. Because it will be crossed.

Want to bet on that? SCOTUS would call it something it would be theclaw of the land.
They kind of want to keep their job
