I highly doubt that. They’re getting hard left Marxism behind a figurehead of old Democrat moderation who doesn’t have the mental faculties or fear of election loss to temper his administration’s radicalism. Harris, though a crazy radical herself, would be constrained by those fears should he be forced out.

Also, part of being a Democrat means never showing weakness. If the media could mask Biden’s senility during the campaign, they can certainly do it through his term.

I think it’s doubtful that he’ll be permitted by the party brass to seek a second term, depending on how horrible his approval rating is. It might be a point of conflict since I don’t see fake Doctor Jill Biden taking kindly to him/her being forced to forego re-election.
