If he did indeed say on camera what he’s purported to have said, then this video is important and potentially incriminating. At the bare minimum it proves that it was a leftist who broke that window (THE window as someone else noted). And more importantly it strongly suggests that what took place within the capitol was to some degree the result of a preplanned leftist operations. It’s obvious that he understood that to be the case (unless he was just talking big for the chick he was with of course...)
