My sister said the Parler spokeswoman said this morning on Newsmax it may be for a long time as they cant find a server that will let them use it.

How can they be hacked when they aren’t connected to the internet?

They are hosted on Amazon Web Services. All it takes is an inside Amazon employee with admin privileges.

Hacked or not, this should be a HUGE red flag for all businesses that want to place their data in “the cloud”.

At a moments notice the entity controlling your data flips a switch and your business is gone.

They could just as easily turn off your DNS entry, and block traffic to/from your servers.
