Exactly what the effort in gaslighting is intending now... as it tells us that Pence, defined in the Constitution as the SOLE AUTHORITY who SHALL be there to PRESIDE over the election... has a role that is purely “ceremonial”.
And, so it is... until some MORON thinks they can STEAL the country... with a stupid fraud... fooling no one... if only they add a bit of a hand wave.
Heads on a pike... will convince the cowards to rethink.
Hopefully, on January 6th... someone will have the presence of mind and remember to erect a guillotine... provide a hangman and a noose... boil up a pot of tar... and provide the feathers and a rail.

Zip ahead to about 24:30, I think, and in the last item they considered, the discussion winds into... less about the technical elements in the law, and more the practical in the forward looking elements of how a decision, once made, still requires a lot of effort to see it properly applied.
As IJ presents it... that’s due to sloth, basically... or limits in clients charitable nature. But, still, lawyers often over look that element, too... even failing to recognize, with tools in hand, obvious opportunity in better choosing which ambulance to chase.
I suspect the ambulances are being lined up as we speak... and in this case, it will perhaps prove important to get that element right ?
However, as more of a strategist than a student of deficient character being unengaged, causing drift, I think it timely to consider near term needs to ensure future successes are not fall victim to deficient characters fostering legal entropy as a strategy.
Risk, perhaps, in looking past the next game... to a future opponent. But, at least knowing the schedule is useful.
Solving some problems is just a function of awareness mulled over time without it demanding much more than awareness.
All I really note in the emails is a need for me to revise one thing I wrote here earlier, saying “Hope is not at strategy” ?
