The population of voting age adults in summer of 2020 is only 7,500,000. That does not include dead folks and all those that have registered in several counties with variations of names and addresses of relatives and parks in those counties.
You don't get a sudden surge of 7 million people (even half that number) without seeing a relative increase in the demand on infrastructure.
Is that demand there?

The Rats will not get 5m votes. There weren’t even 5m total votes cast for President on Nov 3 and 76,000 new registrations added. Going from 7.625 to 7.7m registered is significant however.
Early voting began the 14th and is slightly behind the pace for the general election so far (916k to 914k).

It’s 10.52 million per several sources on line for Georgia USA. It is 3.7 million for the NATION of Georgia as of 2018(it might be 3.9 million now)
I doubt she people registered all 7.7 million voters in this short of a space. Many of those voters are already registered and many newly registered will get challenged by the TRUE THE VOTE group, already active now.
People are going to watch this election real carefully and the frauds will have a harder time stealing it.

Quick and crude calculations:
Georgia population: 10.62 mil.
proportion under 18 is .233
which means the proportion over 18 is .767
10.62 mil * .767 = 8.14 mil
7.7 mil / 8.14 mil * 100% = 94.5%
Does anyone really believe there is a state in the union, 94.5% of the voting age population, not the voter eligible population, is registered to vote without cheating?

Only the electors who were duly registered to vote and not subsequently deemed disqualified to vote in the primary, special primary, election, or special election for candidates for that particular office shall be entitled to vote therein, and only those votes cast for the persons designated as candidates in such run-off primary, special primary runoff, run-off election, or special election runoff shall be counted in the tabulation and canvass of the votes cast. No elector shall vote in a run-off primary or special primary runoff in violation of Code Section 21-2-224.”
