I have a 43 year old Rolex that I purchased when I was in the USN, and darn, do I like this watch. I had it refurbished recently, and when I told the guy that it was losing about two minutes a week and asked if he could do anything about it, he said “It is regarded as an antique watch, so you probably will have to live with the time disparity, and...don’t treat it as waterproof anymore, either.”
Same with that old pencil box...:)
