Yokohama Tire (Canada) Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yokohama Corporation of North America, Santa Ana, CA, USA.
I would expect the same on the sales floor or in the service centers but not necessarily in the factory or the warehouse. Topeka was the site of the controversy and home to a large Goodyear tire factory. I assumed it was the employees from the factory who received the training seminar.
Their “non-clarification” is even worse.
They claim to not allow openly political and “partisan” attire on premises, but BLM IS openly political and openly partisan pro-communist. Just look on their website.
Goodyear management is a buncha lyin hypocrites.
It’s hard for me to switch tires since I only use performance all weather models and the Goodyear Eagle series are truly the most well balanced performance tire line I’ve used. I’ve tried pretty much every brand over the years, and Goodyear truly makes the best in my opinion.
I see this in many companies I deal with. The real managers are focused on things like sales, distribution and manufacturing, so they leave nebulous things like corporate values statements and workplace behavior training to their low IQ diversity hires in the HR department, whove been indoctrinated in the social sciences. Then they are surprised what comes out of those places.
Well, when you get to know people as people, like in work situations, instead of a someone to argue with or persuade to this or that point it makes a difference.
People are actually, as the saying goes, pretty much alike - having the same objectives for the lives. When you relate on that level instead of your individual political leanings, people are gonna more or less get along.
But, at any rate, unless a person works at for a political party, they should keep their politicking to themselves. That’s what I figure, anyway.
I hear ya. My performance days are behind me. Now, I go for longevity.
Smart to regularly rotate your tires for extended tread life!
I run "Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2" and I love them! These tires run very smooth, great cornering and seem to offer less road resistance than other tires I've tried. My gas mileage seems to have improved a couple miles per gallon too, simply by switching to Hankook.
I don't mind supporting South Korea with my dollars.. Hell, better than China, that's for sure.
You don’t have to get nasty, boy. My point was that Goodyear denied the validity of the slide. Unlike you I consider what I post before posting it even when I’m in a rush.
My daily commuter is a sports sedan, so performance is kinda important. When I downgrade back to a Toyota my preference will change to the same thing.
I put Coopers on my Audi, earlier this year. Very pleased with the performance so far--quiet, good traction, and a great price.
bttt
Bingo !
The contemporary global economy consists of transnational corporations run by a small group of likeminded, Anti-America as founded Ivy League board members...
I don’t know many American corporations that hold American values anymore like the old days. They put out propaganda that they are all American and plant the flag out front but are mostly corporate globalist/leftist scum who have HR and Diversity departments run by children and top CEO levels headed by DNC whores.
The True Deplorables, Corporate ‘WOKE’ AmeriKa.
I agree - we have been relentlessly attacked (culturally and politically) for DECADES, and it is way, way past time that we react. This stuff cannot go unanswered.
With so much competition around, these “Woke” CEOs just commit corporate suicide when they pull this crap.
Upmost?
