When it really, really matters, the Supreme Court will vote against us every time. If you don’t believe it, wait and see.
It doesnt matter. 20 judges in 20 different courts will block it anyway.
Maybe you should try reading next time. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land and no federal judge can over rule it.
Every single case has different circumstances. So it can be pretty easy for a judge to say that his case is different enough to not fall under the other precedent, and rule however he wishes. The Supreme Court can't take on all these cases and fix every single one.
And you know how many judges have actually been kicked out?
Since 1803, only eight (8) Federal judges have been actually removed from the bench, out of a total of barely 15 that were even impeached (three of them resigned before they could be convicted, so you could say 11 have been removed). Judges have probably the single most secure job out of anyone. From that article, if we try adding in State-level judges, in the past 25 years only two have been impeached, and only one fully booted. Look at the 'honorable' Sullivan and what he did to Flynn, and somehow is
still going. Not a chance of getting booted for him.
Judges are the closest thing to gods in today's society, they can do almost anything they want and they
might get a slap on the wrist from a higher court, but that's it.
