The call between Kislyak & Flynn was about the EXPULSIONS of Russian diplomats and seizures of Russian compound properties, which occurred Dec 28, 2016.

2) The Clinton Foundation or
3) HRC election war chest???

Flynn did not lie to Pence. I believe FBI told Pence he had discussed sanctions with Kislyak, Flynn said he had not, the transcript will show Flynn told the truth, but was fired anyway.
Here’s what is more likely to be true: Kislyak, like so many other Obama-friendly foreigners, was in cahoots with the Democrats to entrap Team Trump before and after the election. They prompted Kislyak to connect with Flynn to discuss the sanctions—a call that was either monitored as part of the FBI’s investigation into Flynn or a call that Kislyak briefed someone about since it’s unclear whether a call transcript exists—in order to create an internal and public case to oust Flynn. (The Washington Post revealed the call in a January 12, 2017 bombshell article by [Partisan Media Shill] David Ignatius.)
I searched (very briefly) for such a link.
In this article, the Russians left for Russia Dec 31. I recall they were given 72 hours to vacate (remember, they had families and had occupied aka “lived in” their diplomatic compounds for perhaps years.
Counting back from Dec 31, we would have Dec 30-29-28. It may well be that the NEWS REPORTS as to the expulsions occurred Dec 29. It would be possible that this executive act by 0bama occurred on Dec 29, but to me it’s more likely to be pm news Dec 28th.
Maybe I am completely wrong, but I think my version of events that led to the K-F phone call are 100x as plausible as the theory advanced in the article, namely, that K was a willing participant in 0bama’s plan to shank either Flynn or Trump. Flynn told K to “chill” and try not to retaliate. Sanctions were not discussed.

If sanctions were being discussed in Washington, how could a transition team member/incoming NSA assignment NOT discuss sanctions with the country they are being imposed upon?
On the other hand, BECAUSE sanctions were being discussed in Washington by the outgoing administration, how could a transition team member/incoming NSA assignment be allowed to discuss sanctions with the country they are being imposed upon?
The deep staters and the Russian could have made up their own transcript after the fact to reflect what they wanted it to say.
Flynn's defense team and the courts have not seen it. We have to take the word of the seditionists regarding its contents.
How do you know that though? The call transcript hasn’t been released yet.
I suspect future-revealed data will show that Pence was convinced by the FBI in a way that gave Deep State (DS) deference to the FBI contact's info over loyalty to President-elect's incoming NSA Flynn. That's an indicator of being a DS squish.
I believe it reflects that PDJT was stuck with Pence as a condition of a certain level RNC support, along with that "genius" Reince. In short, I believe both VP nominees were in place with very calculated DS intentions that harmonize more to the DS than Republican versus Democrat.
THE DS BETS ON BOTH SIDES, SO AS NEVER TO LOSE. And I believe strongly that Kaine is analogously bad if not worse than Pence.
I believe Pence's balk was part of the DS's anti-Trump plan.
Far-fetched speculation.
