Well, seeing that my chances of 1) cutting my hand badly on a rusty piece of steel and 2) developing tetanus (0 cases reported in the US last reported year 2018) are pretty much about a billion to one, Im certainly not going to take a vaccine with its toxic adjuvants before it even happens to protect myself. In the infinitesimally small chance I would contract it, I would take a tetanus shot - not a vaccination but a shot of tetanus Immunoglobulin (similar to convalescent plasma for covid or Ebola).
You?
I prefer persuasion to coercion.
I take tetanus, got a booster after a bad dog bite and always ensure I am fully vaccinated. When I was younger, I went through a few diseases because I couldn’t get vaccinated. Put me the hospital a couple of times. I learned my lesson. I encourage vaccinations.
Have a great day.

You lose - “Reductio ad Hitlerum”.

OK, Fine, if you want to show proof of your immunity by means of an anti-body test in lieu of the vaccine.
Shethink13 wrote: “Speaking for myself, I believe the effectiveness of any vaccine is nil compared to naturally acquired immunity.”
Perhaps, where did you get your degree in immunology?
Oh, you mean like show us your papers, please?
Does that matter? Can you refute anything I stated?
You think like a control-freak idiot who cannot fail in embracing every evil. If forced sterilizations ever come back you will probably be among the first targets.
Encourage away. Just make sure you are fully informed about the truth of vaccines and not just relying on the claims of those who benefit financially and are legally protected from liability for any adverse effects from their product. Im sure you wouldnt want to be responsible for convincing someone to get a vaccination and them ending up with lifelong injury from that decision.
I cant stop you from believing what you believe, Im merely telling you what I believe because of my own research.
The whole point of this thread is whether we can maintain the freedom to make those individual decisions.
Just out of curiosity and only if you wish to disclose - why couldnt you get vaccinated? Also, were the diseases you acquired viral and if so did you ever test for antibodies naturally acquired? Seems a shame to not take advantage of your own immunity after going through an illness from it.
Regards.

You’re really into that Hitler/Nazi stuff.
Shethink13 wrote: “Can you refute anything I stated?”
You said it, you prove it? Youtube videos don’t count.
LOL. You dont believe it, you refute it.
No, Im using actual history as a guide to inform the present and predict the future. The Nazis were really big into eugenics, as anyone but a moron understands, and one the first damn evil things they did was mandatory sterilization of the people they considered to be life unworthy of life. They did this and the medical professionals of prewar Germany were big fans of the policy. Forced immunizations is the state claiming ownership of the bodies of their subjects and renders citizens into slaves and livestock.
I ask you DugwayDuke, if the government can control your body, can you really claim be a free person?
Allergic. No. Unfortunately, I was never tested.
Have a great night.

Why should I try to refute your anti-vaccines conspiracy theory fantasies?
So you believe a vaccine creates a magic invisible force field that prevents a virus from entering or exiting a vaccinated persons body? Whos fantasies?

It’s a fantasy if you think I believe that.
Now, I do believe the more who are vaccinated, the fewer who will get infected. The fewer infections, the less the spread. Just a more efficient way to create herd immunity.
Alan Dershowitz is full of crap!
The Supreme Court case he sites is about people with Small Pox and Bubonic plague.
All the case said is that the government has the right to “quarantine” people who were diagnosed with Small Pox and Bubonic plague.
It says nothing about kidnapping and forced injections by the State.
Aside from that if you are dumb enough to take a RNA vaccine, then you should not have to worry about those who do not. After all we are told the vaccine cures you.
Alan Dershowitz is so full of crap.
Oh for the Freepers that think this is one time deal. It is not, and that is because viruses mutate (change) thousands of times a year. So you have to take it every year.
This is why there has never been a vaccine for the common cold. By the time you would mass produce a strain of the virus it has already changed.
