“Fauci is a serious, intelligent infectious disease expert, an accomplished research scientist who understands the scientific method.”

He may be all of those things, but he is a politician first, having been in his political post for almost 40 years.

I can’t help but wonder how much influence Tony had on the “15 Days to Slow the Spread” guidelines. It sounds like a very compressed time and an unnecessary time constraint that could seriously backfire if the guidelines should have to be extended.

Tony had to know that 15 days was very aggressive and therefore potentially subject to revision(s) which would call into question the president’s strategy. Hope I’m wrong about that.

The female doctor is Deborah Birx. I’m inclined to like her, and she’s done hands-on immunology work more recently than Fauci. She’s got a good style and presentation, but I’m not sure if she could handle the onslaught of the press bullying.

“the President set forth ‘Compassionate Use’”

That, along with his “Right To Try” policy, is enough to get the ball rolling on this.

Which is why it remains a PRESCRIPTION DRUG.

Every Drug has side effects. It is up to a Doctor to make the decision that best suits the Patient involved. A Medical Doctor passing this Drug out like Candy would obviously be dangerous and inept.

As I have heard and read, the Malaria Drug is used alongside the typical Z Pak Medication currently prescribed for Flu and Pneumonia and according to some Doctors it is very effective. It is being used when other Treatment regimens are not effective.

When the choice is life or death, you do what you have to do.

” quinines are not pure miracle drugs.”

At this point, we don’t need “miracle drugs”. We need existing drugs that will mitigate the symptoms and contagion WuFlu, and perhaps prevent it, immediately. That will give time for immunologists to create an actual miracle vaccine for the long term.

But that isn’t even possible, most likely. We have flu vaccines but they’re only about 50% effective, and often aren’t effective at all for the Flu Of The Year. People are expecting too much; they’re expecting perfection. “Perfect is the enemy of good.”

“Trump is keeping Fauci from the media”

Yeah; that’s pretty funny. As if anyone could keep Fauci from a TV camera. Broken glass, you know.

“the plan of the elites is to cull the population ... No worries. No problem. Just virus them off the planet in a ‘normal’ breakout of illnesses.”

There might be a problem with their idea, considering that those in rural America and flyover states live their lives social distancing, and they’re the patriots. So the patriots survive, and the elites’ ghetto supporters croak. Sounds like a plan.

“If he gets CV, what will he beg to be treated with?”

My bet is that he won’t get CV. I figure he takes a chloroquine pill every single day, as the overseas military men to. HE knows it works, but he doesn’t want us to know.

“His wife has a different last name....I wonder if she INVESTS in PHARMACEUTICALs?....she gave HILLIARY $1000.00....hmm. .”

Forget his wife. That would be too obvious. With the Ukraine-Biden situation, we now know to look farther out in the family tree to find corruption. What about the kids, siblings, etc.?

The Clinton Foundation brags about its various (cough) "health initiatives"
while the so-called "non-profit" rakes in billions of "donations" globally.

Hillary once claimed, "Nine million people have lower-cost HIV/AIDS
meds because of my husband's work at the Clinton Foundation."

Yet, NOT ONCE during her 2016 campaign did she mention the "wonderful work" of Bill and the C/F.

The drug has been used for 65 years. The risks are well known. It’s to a patient and doctor to discuss those risks.
