I have dealt with the CDC and they are to say the least glacial and with their partner in crime the FDA tied to Pharma anything that comes from them is guaranteed to be good for Politicians feeding at the trough.

And,in that case, Joe Biden and the Obama administration had 2 years to prep and test the site for only 30 million possible applicants. There is a reason they call him Slow Joe.
