Amazing! Once upon a time Doctors made a diagnosis and a mentally ill person was institutionalized, let's all agree that a large number of those institutions needed to be reformed and given better oversight. Then the ACLU with the willing aid of democrats went to court to have those patients released onto the streets because their rights were being violated.

Now Gavin Noisome is all concerned about the homeless that he and his ilk put on the streets and invited into California with promises of free(to them) goodies paid for by the sweat of actual producers in California, and now he wants to use homelessness as a health issue to give them even more?

The democraps in California appear to have no limits in their effort to purge California of industry, producers and revenue.

You said it’s in the NWO hopper. I can’t quite figure out what would be the purpose

The explanation is going to be more complex than the answer which, in a word is, control.

What started this adventure can be found at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3751088/posts and I urge you to start there.

I was intrigued by the premise that America is less racist under Trump but learned at https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3378076 the actual title of the paper is The Rise of Trump, the Fall of Prejudice? Tracking White Americans’ Racial Attitudes 2008-2018 via a Panel Survey which put an entirely different slant on the subject and that required more information.

That quest lead me to http://phillybsi.org/people-event where I learned that before joining the University of Pennsylvania Dan Hopkins was a member of the White House Social and Behavioral Sciences Team.

Whhaaattt? The White House has a Social and Behavioral Sciences Team? Now that sounds downright sinister to me.

But it does and while its roots go back to the Clinton administration, or was it the Roosevelt administration?… it’s a long story... regardless, its roots go far and deep but it was Obama who put the Brave New teeth into the program.

That story can be found at https://www.thenewamerican.com/usnews/constitution/item/21609-obama-decree-unleashes-behavioral-science-squad-to-nudge-you and I think it will answer most of your question.

There is nothing good about government wielding a behavioral modification tool, nothing good at all. There is much Americans should have been told over the last seventy or eighty years but have instead been kept in the dark and encouraged to relish the educated ignorance we have been served up.

Here are a few more links you might want to peruse.

Dear Doctor, I'd love a beachfront home in Malibu. 7 acres, a modest 7 bedroom, 6 bath, 6 car garage with a gate. Thank you!

What branch of medicine is real estate?

I didn’t fully read all the links, but I thank you for them because I get the idea. The globalists feel they know what is best for people and want to manipulate people into living their lives a certain way to achieve those objectives.

On the one hand, making forms, applications, etc., more commonsensical and easier to fill should be normal. On the other hand, the government deciding what they want people to do is NOT desirable. For example, not everyone should be persuaded to apply for a loan to go to a 4-year university. Not only will they be indoctrinated and quite possibly major in something useless, they will often get into a big loan debt that they can’t repay.

By the way, I discovered the New American only last year. They provide articles with good insights.
