In Florida, it’s a joke. If you’re illegal with no license, it’s a slap on the wrist. If you’re American, it’s jail time.
They need to scrap all the laws and start over. Unequal justice for all.

Now we have a whole different set of enforcement rules for illegal aliens, they are free from arrest, yet the rest of the citizenry remains subject to arrest under the law!
