If you get "medicare for all", and private medical services are still allowed; then, there will be plenty of the sort of private clinics you describe onshore. Right now, the USA is the main "off-shore" location for Canadians seeking an alternative to government health care.

This guy seems to have a lot of the “intellectual” talks where he calmly explains the world to all the morons. Definitely would be a top down, we know better type of President. Even the way he’s running for the office tells you how he’d run the country. I think he’ll get the nomination. He’ll be tough because Liberals are so anti Trump it won’t matter how against their policies he is they’ll vote for him and that’ll make him well positioned to lie in the general
