100 miles of hot water - wow
Absolutely, No problem at all. :)
Not sure what this means??
I started viewing this video report, almost all the way through now. Guy is saying 30K high ash clouds from volcanos is huge, and there have been eight in last 1-1/2 weeks that are 50,000 feet high into the stratosphere, and that has got to be affecting the Earth's atmosphere. I assume he means much more than man's influence on "climate change" etc. I also assume he means that USGS and others are not reporting these and other facts in order to propagate the message that Mother Earth is not responsible for "climate change". That's my guess, and I think the guy is correct.
No, it was cold vapor of course, how would they heat it?
Since I am going to be held to absolute perfect detail, I suppose I misspoke and should have said vapor instead of steam.
Raymond Burr could substitute for Godzilla in that picture.
Needs to be black and white though.
The “steam” thing threw me .... O.K., got ya.
Do you have or can find a more detailed map that can be zoomed to show the individual monitoring stations? I would be curious if it is actually accurate because these are the vulnerable locations for disruption.
They should not stick those pins in there. That’s probably making things worse.
If there is such a map forgive me if I don’t want to find it!
Just too scary to think that kind of information could be public!
It looks like steam coming out at that pressure. :)
Probably does! lol
Lol... I asked because these particular details just might NOT be public... don’t know, never looked. Never had anyone make a big deal out of such an unimportant detail for no real reason before.
But if there isn’t one there might be a reason why there isn’t one...
Luckily the eruptions were in China, just one volcano, so, each eruption stopped, floated around a bit, then got sucked back down into the caldera. See next message.
And it does shoot up a couple miles. Like I mentioned it is pretty impressive. Even cooler is when they throw no smoking signs up several miles ahead of these stations because they are going to blow one off releasing natural gas for a few minutes. It sounds like 20 commercial jets coming at you and the visual distorting gas plume goes even higher than the water does. :)
They are serious about the no smoking thing, and probably right. lol
You rang?
I apologize. I should have sent you a courtesy ping.
Makes sense - thanks!
