Unfortunately, some of our members won’t take the time to respond to you properly. Assuming you’re genuine, here’s mine:

We were for the most part raised with old fashioned values, are mostly country, and mostly God-fearing. We believe in being responsible for ourselves. We believe in owning our own property, which is not the same as renting an apartment, or living in a HOA.

And you hate the right... why? I have no idea who you are, other than being liberal, so I have no reason to hate you. I can have a debate with you, if you like, but to come out the gate like this, you immediately put yourself at a disadvantage. Tell me why you’re right, and I’m wrong. That’s how it’s supposed to work.

If you’d like to point out some specific phobias we can address, then we can talk - but again you’re starting out the gate wrong.

Political correctness is good for what, exactly? Name one politically correct “thing” that has improved mankind.

Nor do we expect an (extreme) liberal to be absorbed, but we can certainly have a conversation.

You’re going to have a hell of a time with that here. We are constantly flooded with “different viewpoints” in every other aspect of our lives. We’ve been beaten down by the left on countless topics, told that we’re xxxphobic, told that we hate women, told that we’re heartless, told that we’re haters, told that we’re backwards, told that ... you get the idea.
Anyway, assuming you’re around long enough to reply, I’d enjoy a back and forth. Alternatively, I strongly urge you (considering the things you’ve said) to watch some videos by Jordan Peterson. Keep an open mind. He has some different viewpoints on things like political correctness that you *might* get a good idea how we “think”. He explains it far better than I’ve ever been able to - and I don’t think he’s actually a conservative. Start with his lectures, not his “panel” discussions.

Congratulations on starting a multi-thousand response thread that will live on long after you are burnt to a crisp that will include fruitcake and baked lizard recipes, sock lint horror stories and other obscure oddities.
Trust me, I know leftists for who they are. My point was that I was just pleasantly surprised to see them get along so nicely. The MAGA guy was a genuinely nice guy like most of us deplorable are. It’s unfortunate the hateful media and universities have tainted an entire generation or more with their propangda. I immediately thought the kids were going to be hostilethe enemy when I first saw them given how the media portrays men with MAGA hats.
