As far as I know Carol McCain, his first wife, did not have any kind of brain cancer. She was in a terrible car wreck.
By the way according to Carol McCain, John McCain when he divorced her agreed to lifetime medical payments for her for all her injuries, past, present, and future. So she got something out of him.

By the way Cindy Hensley McCain was over 25 and certainly more than above the legal limit.
Also I have read a little of Cindy McCain’s father and there is more than a little evidence that he may have been mob connected, that’s how he got that huge beer distributorship.
Now it may be just talk but I know years ago I read something of his background and as I remember it seemed shady.
Well it turns out that Cindy McCain had an older sister and she was pretty much cut out of Jim Hensley’s will on his death.
Cindy McCain got everything, turns out her Dad did have a shady past and John McCain was able to help him out as a Congressman and Senator.
