I love my coffee w heavy cream... My day starts early, and I love breakfast...and it’s easy on Keto! I should have any pounds off in few weeks (25-30)..its the pills I want to ditch, permanently!

Bad news. No cream. :-( Long chain fatty acids will break the fast.
You may want to check out MCT powder. Different metabolic effect and tastes great.
MCT metabolizes direct to ketones without impacting a fasting state. Some disagree, however the biochemical pathways are clear about medium chain triglycerides.
