Hardiman currently sits on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and was one of a three-judge panel which rejected as frivolous an appeal in a case dealing with the issue of presidential eligibility stemming from the election of Barack Hussein Obama in 2008.
The appeal, submitted by plaintiffs attorney Mario Apuzzo of New Jersey, consisted of a 95-page brief challenging a lower courts finding that the question of presidential eligibility is a political one.

I don’t know. Someone that actually owns guns is inherently going to place a different value on the 2nd amendment than someone who doesn’t or never has and may, whether they admit it or not, think of them as some dangerous foreign object that they don’t want in their house or carried by someone next to them in the store or at a movie theater.

In 1992, Canady made a successful bid for the U.S. House of Representatives, narrowly defeating his Democratic opponent Tom Mims.
In Congress, Canady was credited for coining the term "partial-birth abortion" while developing the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 1995.[2]
[3] According to Keri Folmar, the lawyer responsible for the bill's language, the term was developed in early 1995 in a meeting among herself, Canady and National Right to Life Committee lobbyist Douglas Johnson.[4] Canady could not find this particular abortion practice named in any medical textbook and therefore he and his aides named it.[5]
He was one of the managers appointed to conduct the impeachment proceedings of President Bill Clinton.
He did not seek re-election to a fifth term in 2000, keeping a term limits pledge he made in 1992.

What gets on my nerves are interviews from some conservatives on Fox that say democrats have nothing to worry about because Trump will pick someone like Kennedy!!! And that Roe v, Wade will be safe for 40 more years. Trump promised during the campaign to pick Constitutonal originalists. He also said the Supreme Court had no business even hearing Roe v. Wade. No more social liberals! He needs to look for another Scalia type. By the way I still dont trust Gorsuch because he had a homosexual that worked for him who married his boyfriend and Gorsuch sent him a congratulatory letter. He saw nothing at all wrong with two sodomites getting married,

Pryor received national attention in 2003 when he called for the removal of Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, who had disobeyed a federal court order to remove a Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama Judicial Building.
Pryor said that although he agreed with the propriety of displaying the Ten Commandments in a courthouse, he was bound to follow the court order and uphold the rule of law.
Pryor personally prosecuted Moore for violations of the Canons of Judicial Ethics, and the Alabama Court of the Judiciary unanimously removed Moore from office.[5]
In 2012, Mansfield authored an opinion for the court which found a dentist did not commit gender discrimination when, at the insistence of his wife, he fired a dental assistant to whom he was sexually attracted.[3]
[5] In 2016, Mansfield dissented when the Court found that the Iowa Constitution categorically prohibited life without parole for juveniles who committed first degree murder.[3][6]

Chris Wallace just said Trump needs to pick someone who has no paper trail on abortion because RINOs MurKowskie and Susan Collins, who are both pro abortion will not vote for them. Whoever he picks should refuse to answer any question on abortion. If its Pryor or Barrett both are devout Catholics that would rule to return Roe w, Wade back to the states. I dont know if either one has a paper trail on dealing with abortion,

Amy Coney Barrett Her youth and good looks would also underscore the ugliness, inner and outer, of the three Leftist hags on the court.

Yes but she is a “Hell-bound Cannibalistic Papist” according to the Media. Apparently, she is a member of a extremist fringe cult called Catholicism according to MSNBC.
I had never heard of that religious group before today.
