Could it be that once charges are filed, rules of evidence come into play that could legally prevent leaks of evidence to the public? Thus, if you want the public to know all the evidence regardless (which as citizens we should know), does it have to be put out there before charges are actually filed?? I am no legal person to know such nuances.

Actually it was strapped to a female agents motorcycle. Left unattended, an obvious drop. At first they tried to say nothing was on it then it came out it contained pretty much everything the FBI had on the entire HRC affair. Never another word about it after that.

If I recall correctly, wasn’t it the NYPD who found emails when they seized the laptop in their process of going after Weiner? I may need to be corrected but wasn’t it the NYPD who turned it over to the FBI?
